Abundance Canada is hiring for two key roles to support our growing national work. We are seeking a Director of Marketing, Communications & Engagement, based at our corporate head office in Winnipeg, Manitoba (hybrid/on-site), and a Fund Administration and Impact Coordinator, with the option to be based in Calgary, Alberta or Abbotsford, British Columbia (hybrid). POSITION OVERVIEW
Director, Marketing, Communications and Engagment — Winnipeg
The Director of Marketing, Communications & Engagement provides strategic leadership for
Abundance Canada’s marketing, communications, and engagement function. This role is responsible for
strengthening organizational positioning, stewarding the brand, elevating Abundance Canada’s public
profile, and advancing engagement with donors, charities, professional advisors, and partners. You’ll shape how a trusted national organization shows up in the world, working closely with the CEO and supporting an experienced communications team.
Fund Administration and Impact Coordinator — Abbotsford OR Calgary
The Fund Administration and Impact Coordinator provides comprehensive fund administration and administrative support for the Western region while contributing to donor stewardship and charity engagement activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate records, timely processing of transactions, and a high‑quality service experience for fundholders. In addition, the Coordinator supports their regional Generosity and Impact Team through preparation, coordination, and follow‑up activities related to donor and charity relationships.
This position plays a key role in the day‑to‑day operational effectiveness of the region and contributes to advancing donor generosity and charitable impact through reliable administration and developing advisory support.
