David Barker

With 40 years in the financial services industry, David merges his experience with his passion for generosity and compassion in his role at Abundance Canada. He enjoys working closely with clients to incorporate their charitable goals into their overall financial plan.

He is currently a board member on the Waterloo-Wellington Fund Raising Executives and has served on the boards of Bracelet of Hope and Grace Community Church, Guelph. He is affiliated with the Estate Planning Councils of Guelph and Mississauga, the Canadian Christian Business Federation and the Canadian Association of Gift Planners.

Beyond his professional life, David is an author of three novels and enjoys reading and listening to music.
