Mark Beck

Mark Beck brings more than 25 years of financial and management experience to the Abundance Canada Board of Directors, primarily in banking which has included positions in corporate lending/syndications, leveraged/mezzanine finance, trade finance and cross-border finance, with experience working at four Canadian banks and an American bank. He is currently working at Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union in both Corporate Banking & Corporate Development, as well as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Trinity Western University. He formerly held a CFO position at an international functional water company and began his career in auditing and management accounting.

Mark’s volunteer activities have included organizing and co-chairing a work sponsored community event, participating in fundraising and awareness with JDRF Canada, and being an active member of his church.

Mark’s wealth of experience in banking, finance, and teaching, along with a desire to help Canadians find a way to effectively manage their legacies to impact community, makes him a valuable addition to the Abundance Canada Board of Directors.
