Information for Charities Authorizing Direct Deposit

Abundance Canada now sends grants by direct deposit (Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)). To receive EFTs, the charity will need to complete the authorization form below.

Direct Deposit Process:

  1. Set it up once. Have a member of your finance team complete the secure online Authorization Form below to have grants sent directly to its bank account.
  2. Receive funds fast. You will get a heads up that funds are on their way.
  3. Everything you need. Donor and designation details straight to your inbox.

Some of the advantages of this transition include:

  • Faster grant processing and payment delivery
  • Prevents mail theft / cheque fraud
  • Eliminates mail delivery delays
  • Better cash management
  • More environmentally friendly

Grant remittance information will be emailed to the email address provided on the authorization form below. The details of each grant will be sent at the time the payment is processed by Abundance Canada.

To ensure delivery of remittance emails from Abundance Canada, please add accounting@abundance.ca and tagbroko@abundance.ca to your email provider's safe list. The grant should arrive in your bank account two business days after it is processed by Abundance Canada.
