Karen Martin Schiedel

Karen Martin Schiedel is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified General Accountant. Having held positions as director of finance, as well as administration, and human resources for charitable and not-for profit organizations, she is now the Director, Finance and Business Operations at St. Mary's General Hospital Foundation.

Motivated by a personal mission of living by one’s values in a finance-oriented world, Karen has served on the Board of Compass Refugee Centre, as Chair of the Finance Committee and Treasurer for Waterloo North Mennonite Church, Treasurer for Silver Lake Mennonite Camp, and Apprentice Elder for Assembly Mennonite Church in Goshen, Indiana.
